Lamputt Properties was established in 2010 with the aim of providing a premium level of accommodation and service for students in Bath. Having been university students ourselves, we appreciate how difficult it is to find housing that meets a high standard of living and know how hard it can be dealing with agents and landlords who don’t answer the phone or call you back.We truly believe we stand out from the rest because we care about maintaining and improving our houses and pride ourselves in providing a superior level of service.
Our houses are clean, modern, safe, well maintained and feel like a home rather than a student house.
We manage our houses personally and have a close working relationship with our tenants, who know they can reach us when they need us.
