From you – by enquiring about our properties by  filling in a contact form or sending us an email, texting or calling us.

Social media platforms – we may collect data if you follow us on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook

·      To ensure the safety and security of our tenants and other visitors (e.g. maintenance)

·      To collect information so we can keep you up to date with events and news, if you have opted in to our mailing list. You can opt out of our mailing list at any time.

·      To contact you if we believe you have been close contact with anyone that has tested positive for covid-19

·      To ensure we can respond back to your enquires

Our legitimate interest is to collect and process individuals data to ensure safety and security of individuals and provide an understanding service.

We may not permit you to be a resident of one of our properties or enter our properties. as this may put yourself and other individuals safety and security at risk.
